Steve began his career at PwC, where he worked with clients across a wide range of industries and sizes. From there, he moved into industry roles, gaining firsthand experience working cross-functionally and helping build and strengthen finance functions within growing organizations.

That hands-on experience became one of the most rewarding chapters of his career. It also inspired him to start the company. He saw firsthand how much value a strategic, hands-on finance partner can bring to businesses as they grow, evolve, and navigate increasing financial complexity.

Many companies reach a point where they need more sophisticated accounting and finance support, without necessarily needing to build out a full internal team.

Today, Steve is building a team that shares that same hands-on, pragmatic approach. Together, they help growing companies strengthen their accounting and finance functions through clean, scalable processes, thoughtful reporting, and systems that work, giving clients the clarity and confidence to make better decisions and focus on moving their business forward.

Jon Snyder is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with nine years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate accounting, and client consulting. At Snyder Solutions Group, he leverages his diverse background to help organizations strengthen financial performance, optimize processes, and navigate complex accounting challenges.

Prior to joining Snyder Solutions Group, Jon held management roles with a leading public landscape and construction company and a specialized consulting firm, where he led teams, improved audit and financial close processes, and delivered significant cost savings and efficiency gains for clients. Earlier in his career, Jon spent several years at a Big 4 public accounting firm, managing audits for private equity funds, hedge funds, and employee benefit plans.

Jon earned bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University. He currently resides in West Chester, PA, with his wife, Sierra, and their dog, Lily.
